- Clean, bright stripped unalloyed wire (> 16 gauge)
- High-voltage copper busbars and distribution strips
- Clean electrical motor armature windings free of varnish
- Unburnt coils without tar or bitumen insulation
Not Accepted / Deductions Apply
- PVC insulated wires (Accepted under 'Insulated Cable' grade)
- Heavy solder joints or brass fittings attached
- Heavily oxidized or corroded green patina cables
- Steel core copper-clad wire (CCS / CCA)
